About Me
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) offering a safe, supportive and confidential counselling service, in person, by video and by telephone.
I have a Humanistic integrative approach to counselling so I bring together and use different counselling techniques (e.g. those used in cognitive behavioural therapy – CBT); always in a person-centred way and always in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
I am committed to my own professional development and have regular clinical supervision, as required by the BACP ethical framework for good practice in counselling and psychotherapy.
I work with a diverse range of mental health issues including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, stress, anger, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, bullying, loss.
