Video
Video counselling has the benefit of a face to face session (in that we will be able to see each other) with the convenience of a counselling session from the comfort of your of your own space.

Payment & Cancellation policy
Full payment is required when booking your counselling sessions. At the end of your free telephone consultation I will send you a working agreement for you to read. If you decide we can work together, you can book your first session and I will take payment.
You can pay by bank transfer, via a secure PayPal link, or by card. You will be emailed a receipt shortly after payment is received.
If you need to reschedule a session please give 24 hours notice and I will gladly reschedule the appointment. If notice is shorter, the full fee will be retained.
